Constraint
One material, one process, zero fasteners. Designed to ship as a flat envelope and become a lamp in under a minute.
Process
Iterated the unfold pattern in Illustrator, laser-cut test sheets in cardstock, then moved to 1 mm steel. The living hinges are scored, not cut, so they bend cleanly and hold.
Outcome
A 280 mm task lamp that ships flat and folds into a rigid tripod. Flat-pack as form, not just logistics.
